I agree. I would never recommend that shit. Terrible idea. One guy I know is 58 and he lived that crazy life of drug abuse and juicing. He was massive and made all the dudes here look small in comparison. He would shoot a gram of test at a time and told me that he never really knew what was working because he just ate, drank and injected so many PED'S from 18 all the way to about 50 years old when he couldn't do it anymore for health reasons. He's been outta the game for 8 or so years now and is a complete junky to deal with the pain of all the abuse. He's always preaching to me that I need to cycle and come off completely and you no what?? He's right because he is very fucked up from living that life. So no I do not recommend doing narcotics and working out. I should have made that more clear. I'm just sharing my experiences.
