Tricep pull down attachments

I have tried the V attachment, and rope. Got a better pump with the rope. Recently I tried overhand just on a straight bar and i got a CRAZY pump and bad DOMS.

What is your favorite tricep pull down attachment?
I really like the straps with the handles, there is a short one that a guy might use for lateral raises, but for the tris I like the long ones.

I hold the handles with a skiers grip and set my body however I need to so that my hands are near my shoulders, then press all the way down as wide as I can.

Always dips, sometimes weighted... Funny watching peoples eyes bug out with 3 45's on a belt and cranking out reps.

For triceps pushdowns, I usually go with the V or EZ attachment - more solid, less strain on the wrists compared to the rope, and I can load up a bit more weight without things getting sketchy. Rope's great too, but I save that mostly for overhead extensions. Just feels more natural and lets the arms move better through the stretch.
