I’m having trouble finding your thyroid markers. What were the levels pre T3 vs now? Your TSH looks like it’s optimized but your T4 and T3 appear hypo in the pics you uploaded. This can absolutely give you depression, stress, and anxiety. This can also mess with sex drive and give you ED. The thyroid levels being low will also limit how much you get out of your gear. Low thyroid can also raise prolactin. It also shifts glucose and cholesterol metabolism and can cause elevations in these. T3 is the body’s main aromatase inhibitor as well. When I was hypo I had a 216 E2 on 210mg/week Test Cyp.
As for the weed, I get it! I used to be the same way. It seemed like it helped me on the surface but actually made things worse. It’s hard to say for sure as everyone is different. I’m not completely sure if CBN/CBD would be subject to this as well. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly to do with dopamine transmission for the weed/ prolactin interplay.
Have you considered using T4 over the T3 to start? T4 is your bank that feeds T3 (active metabolism). In a healthy individual that doesn’t have autoimmune activity, your body converts the T4 into T3 as needed via the deiodinase enzyme. It converts the T4 as needed into T3 and won’t be so suppressive on your TSH. You want to make sure you have adequate micronutrients for proper conversion (Selenium, Zinc, Iron, Iodine). Some people need the T3 as well. But it might be easier in your case to hit the target/ assess what’s going on with T4 first.
You mentioned members in your family passing at a young age. If thyroid issues run in your family, this could be the killer right here. Because eventually thyroid issues will lead to diabetes, cardiovascular issues, etc… due to the metabolism shifts in these biomarkers
