Just found these test results that were done on Trioplex bars. Im kinda pissed off. Another label claim thats not very accurate.

not to surprising thats why i try to stay away from protein bars and drinks when i can in favor of real food. These labels say they are using top quality protein when it could really be anything from hair to pigs feet lol you never know what they're putting in there but you can bet its going to be the cheapest thing they can get their hands on. If it is whey thats in there then you have to worry about whether or not the protein has been denatured by the process they used to filter it. you can't go wrong with eggs, tuna, ham, beef ect...
