The absolute minimum for 40mg would be 2ml.

HOWEVER, since UGL is often overfilled, likely having more than 40mg, and over diluting isn't a problem, but under diluting is, I recommend 3ml., the most that vial can hold. Also, greater dilution will make the smaller initial doses easier to deal with as well.

(within single digit unit margin of error)

2.5mg dose will be 20 units.
5mg=40 units
7.5mg=60 units
10mg=80 units
12.5mg=100 units
15mg=120 units

Once you get to the higher dosages, you may want to reduce dilution to 2.5ml in future vials to reduce injection volume. (reduce units by 20% for each dose).
