Trouble staying "Off"......

ROB, she never totally forgave me. i got sick of her bitching about how bad i treated her 5 months ago. she didn't even see that i was a knight this round, and asking her to move in didn't even crack her bitch mode. she called today, though. i'm trying not to fuck her because we always have to go out first. that means at least $140. living downtown isn't so great sometimes. 1200mg of cyp is fucking killing me. it's so hard to not think about pussy. i'm going nuts trying to hide my boners at work and at the gym. i got a haircut today, and i was scared to stand up after. she was hot and i almost whipped it out right there and smacked her in the face with it. aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
I'm fixing to come off for about a whole month but hav'nt been off for about ten months.I hate off time.I have recently read that it is better to slightly lower your weight on your lifts when off cycle to maintain your muscle...had something to do with cortisol.....anyone else read or know anything about this?? I have always tried to maintain if not somehow get more intense while coming off cycle.

I voted for consistency :D I started a thread in the training section a month or two ago about what people felt was the single most important factor in regards to success in the gym. Though people differed between training and nutrition, I think we all were really arguing different points of consistency. Without it, no miracle lifting program, no spot-on nutrition, and no amount of AAS will make up for for lack of consistency over time.[/QUOTE]

off, training, Pussy?

Man this threads all over the place. Thick, once more I find myself in agreement with you . Consistency is the key. I always tell my clients, my two most important pieces of advice are, Consistency, and Patience! You can't change a sows ear into a silk purse overnight.
As far as coming off, now, I'm a little older, and more responsible, LOL. During down time I try to lift as heavy as I can, safely. Usually I'll decrease the number of sets, add recovery time, but try to maintain as much weight on my lifts as I can. This seems to save some of that hard earned muscle! When I go back on, I add intensity, and hopefully a little more weight!

That Old graybass

I totally agree about consistancy. One would definately lose gains if he is flakey about lifting, nutrition etc....

As far as the "off" time, I just feel that when I hit the gym while off I am just lifting for maintenance. Therefore, thinking like that makes me want to be on all the time in order for my lifting to be productive. I may be wayyyy off base with my thinking but that has been known to happen before......
