trt and clomid

Hi guys. 60 year old male . used steroids off an on for years. I am now on trt and have been for a while. I never did pct when I stopped using so much gear. In fact i stopped working out . Then about 2 years ago my test was 99. My doctor put me on trt 100 mg test a week. My balls are shrunken and I have no sexual desire. I can get hard but just no interest. I have clomid and nolvadex available. Can I use them with my trt to regain my balls back or should I stop trt and use those 2 compounds for a few weeks? I do not have access to hcg. My test was just taken and my level was in the 700s. My blood work is all fine although it doesnt list the shb tsh and a few others. I have tender nipples and have had them for awhile. I have recently started working out again and not sure what to do. Thanks guys

You didn't test your estradiol levels? If you did what are they at? What about prolactin?

Not enough information to help. Those two mentioned would be the primary causes.

Typically.... On trt it's unlikely you'll need clomid. Something is up.

last time my estradial and prolactin were within range. In years past they were very high but now ( last time a few months ago) they were checked all is good) My balls are shrunk and i want to get them back. If i go off my trt then I crash. So i was wondering if running clomid with trt would be of any benefit. Or just stop trt and run clomid and nolvo and see what happens?

Have you discussed this with your doctor? He needs to be aware of these changes.

In the meantime, stopping TRT for PCT is riskier given your history of low natural testosterone, so I’d lean toward adding Nolvadex (10-20mg) while getting more data from blood work. For testes, you'll probably need to consider adding HCG. It might be worthwhile increasing injection frequency.

Either way, your doctor needs to be in the loop as self-managing this could backfire. Your body has been through enough, the last thing you'll need is advice from anyone online with limited information. Hopefully this will start you in the right direction.

I highly recommend HCG over clomid, I was able to get my wife pregnant while on trt + Hcg.
If you don't have access to Pharma Hcg, Ugl is your next option

I appreciate the responses but I think maybe people are not understanding. I know hcg is best. I do not have hcg. I do have clomid and nolva. I was aking if clomid would restore my ball size back . And if it would while still using test. Or if i should get off test to let clomid do its job. Hcg can bring balls back during a cycle ( somewhat) I was hoping clomid could to. I dont really care about sexual desire ( lack of it is actually caused by depression because all my other hormones are within range. So has anyone used clomid to restore their balls that have shrunk and did you stay on test while using it or get off it?
