TRT+ dosages and protocol... blast and cruise?

To be clear i didnt think I was going to put on 20lb muscle on 500mg test all at once. I meant over a few years kind of thing. Obviously it would take a lot of hard work and dedication.

Sure over years it’s possible— but a couple with that amount of gear is unlikely. The first year of 500 test probably will add quite a bit.
I know guys who have been on trt for years and their weight is basically the same, just condition is better than it would be naturally and I have never seen body builders in their 30s or with normal genetics do that dose for that kind of growth

Im good with being the best I can be without doing harmful doses. Honestly I just really enjoy training and hope I can do it at a reasonably high level for the long term.

Yeah man totally reasonable! That’s a great way of looking at it especially for quality of life and longevity. You can still compete too if you want obviously, just have to temper expectations if you’re going from a purely health based angle, because a lot of guys are throwing in the kitchen sink, using double or more likely triple/4x those doses.

Yeah, I mean i kind of new that even asking the question. If I were to compete, knowing the limits of the risks im willing to take obviously I would be at a pretty big disadvantage, but I still might do it just for me.

Nothing wrong with that bro, no real down side in doing something because you like to do it in a healthy way
 
I like to keep my weekly test dose around 150mg/wk, currently using a 50/50 mix of test cyp and prop which has me feeling pretty good. I'm also using 100mg/wk of NPP, I've used it plenty before like this and it helps a lot with joints and anabolism. I reintroduced it to try and help with some of the joint pain since starting an accutane run, it definitely helps but doesn't completely fix it.

Not a fan of orals, proviron makes me break out and anavar fatigues me after a couple weeks.
