Howdy! Does anyone know or have personal experience about Testosterone therapy and its effect on Stimulant medicine, like Amphetamine???
(low therapeutic doses).
Im suffering from lack of effect from the MAOI-Parnate/tranylcypromine even in combination with Amph. (this would be either because of TRT or from using the antipsychotic Quetiapine as a sleep aid for 1.5 years)...
Having a hard time finding any "real" info about this. Besides the increase of Dopamine Transporters and MAO. COMT seems to be more from östrogen.
(MAO and DAT shouldn't matter since im on Parnate and stims)...
Several research articles mentions that Estradiol(wich increase with TRT) increase the respons to stims, so i feel abit lost here...
