TRT Guys: What is your weekly dose of HCG?

I have be on TRT for three years and lost some penile sensitivity and the load size barely can fill up a belly button so I will be ordering/running 250iu twice a week and see if it corrects it.

Yes, sir. I’m on medically prescribed TRT at 200 mg per week. The HCG is medically prescribed as well. I have a script of arimidex for .5 every 3 days, but I just get it filled and it sits in the cabinet Even with the 500 IU EOD I don’t need an AI. My E2 stays between 30-40. Those two compound put me around 1350 avwerage, but I’m also on 100 mg deca per week now which always pushed me over 1500,

1000 I.U 2x a week as prescribed by my urologist. In his experience 250 2x a week isn’t enough to keep function at desired levels. I ran this protocol for 8 years before seeing the urologist..sperm count was 0. Within 3 months of clomid and HCG I was back in business and got wife pregnant. He said the older you are and longer you’re on also has a major impact on how well HCG works. I was 36 when I stared TRT and 44 when I came off for fertility reasons so that’s likely why I needed drastically more HCG than a mid 20s lad.

I’m on 500 iu E3d so around 1150iu weekly and it seems to be working? I don’t have fertility needs for me it’s just mood elevation and maintenance functions so I don’t have any markers of success except ball size is great and load size is great.

HCG is so fragile that there is a lot of trash out there, even Bayer pulled one of their HCG brands from the market because they couldnt keep up the quality. Stick to brands that have regular Jano testing and remember that often the vial only has half of the amount in it than is advertised.

I didnt see any erection quality differences, but I take cialis anyway. Seen a decent jump in libido.

Seriously true tho. I miss shooting loads to the tits and now its like "here is a dribble in your belly button". My friend has the same exact issue too. I want to be able to gag my wife with a load.
