Trt & Testicles

First of all I apologize if this has been discussed a million times. I'm kind of retarded and can't seem to find a solid answer.

Anyways I'm planning on starting TRT+ very soon. And I have some concerns about testicles, fertility and loads..

I did a sarm only cycle years ago and my nuts shrank alot and it hurt BAD felt like someone had my nuts in a Vice constantly. So I'm not looking forward to that. Also my nuts shrank to the point where they would "pop up" inside of my body and I'd have to press on my pubic area to "push" them back out of that body cavity and back into my ballsack.. it was extremely annoying. I'd like for them to stay big enough that they don't constantly disappear on me.

What do you guys take to preserve your nuts? I hear of HCG, HMG some say both? Some don't run anything at all. If so. What dose should I take and how often?

Can I hop on TRT and successfully maintain my nuts long term?
How small will they get? Will they get even smaller if I do a blast.

Really trying to understand all my options and what the best protocol is.

When I first started trt I was worried about my nuts shrinking. Got on hcg for a while to maintain size and function. Got to be too hard to manage E2 and finally just let them shrink. Your body adjusts eventually and you just live with smaller nuts. They might hurt a little when shutting down but that passes. Haven't worried about it for a couple years. Barely even notice now.

Best advice is to just let it happen. If you're just blasting I can see trying to maintain function but if you're going on permanent trt it's way too much work to worry about getting your dose dialed in and trying to keep your nuts working forever. Hcg just throws in another variable when you're trying to find your sweet spot on trt. That's just my opinion.

As an old guy, chicks don't care about big nuts. They'll lick the big ones and the small ones without complaint.
For me it's a comfort thing.
I am curious though. I know they shrink on trt but what about when you blast? Will they get even SMALLER??

Idk sucks I might have to accept it. I was think little HCG and I could keep my nuts as is or bigger

if I let my balls shrink for years can I get them back at a later time If I want my nuts back?

I think that would really comfort me knowing if I really wanted to I could grow them back. But that's very scary if they atrophy and stay like that permanently ya know?

Been there, man. The disappearing act is the worst! HCG is pretty common for keeping things... lively. Dosage really depends, though. Hopefully, someone with more experience can chime in.

3+ years on TRT, I just cycle HCG and have maintained testicular health the entire time including contraception. I'm not sure about dosing patterns for most but I found it helps to keep estrogen in control to breakup the injections, when my Dr first gave me a script he had me taking 1000 units all at once, every week and that seemed to have a knock on effect.. I currently break that into 3 doses M/W/F and have in range estrogen markers without any inhibitors.

Usually run HCG when switching from blast to cruise and they stay plump. The shrinking is only noticeable when running excess amounts/blasting personally.

On the plus side, having slightly smaller balls will probably make your junk look bigger lol.

Yes
Mine are so small they are up most of the time like when you swim in cold water

And you do this year round? Have you experienced desensitization from the HCG? I've heard you get a tolerance to it after a while and it stops working? Is this true?

Your response is the confirmation bias I was looking for

I have literally not been "off" HCG in 3+ years. I do "break" or go "off cycle" so to speak between my fills. 10,000 units is my standard fill from the RX so basically 10 weeks straight, I usually go "off" 2 weeks and than start again. 3+ years in balls are normal.

Man I doubt optical illusions are gonna help much in that department but let's pray it does

Also another "option" that we briefly looked at but decided against was trying to use gonadorelin instead/as substitute. HCG pharma is pretty spendy and if I was income constrained I would probably have considered it but cost wasn't necessarily the main concern (fertility maintenance not just cosmetic) was so paying the cost for HCG was worthwhile to our family.

Wait so gonadorelin only keeps your balls normal but dosnt maintain fertility? I never knew this!
