Trt: why not use lupron over hcg?

Assuming one is already on trt and want to keep testicles alive for various reasons.

HCG is often used for this but can increase estrogen then requiring arimidex etc. why can’t a gnrh peptide be used instead? Lupron is a gnrh and I’ve experimented with it and it’s the only thing that made my LH even measure on blood work.

I’ve tried gonadorelin, kisspeptin etc and LH was still zero. Adding lupron made my LH at least .4 (I did BW few weeks after), so I was thinking longer use would raise it, this increasing my natural LH as opposed to using hcg.

Ps i know lupron is used to suppress testosterone for prostate cancer but that’s super high doses, lower doses increase LH

Because there’s HMG available.
