TRT

How are you doing?
I have decided to take the step to TRT in a clinic in my country, with medical supervision and control, etc.
I am currently on 200 cypionate and 200 masteron, I have been like this for 3 years
In order for me to be diagnosed with hypogonadism, I will have to spend 35 days since the last injection so that the tests show low testosterone levels and I can be treated.
Any advice for these 35 days that I will be clean?
Nutrition, training, supplements? Something to make it better? Thank you

Mean Test Cyp effective elimination half life is approx. 4 days but let's say 7 just to be safe. If you wanted to reduce the 35 days you could take oxandrolone which will crush SHBG and lower Total T.

Will also make lipids look like shit which can be blamed on the low T.

Educational purposes only. Not clear what blood tests your provider will pull. You will be covered on TT, FT, and LH though.

oxandrolone which will crush SHBG and lower Total T.
So if SHBG is low, won't free T be higher, and would that even out the total T? Or is it the Oxandrolone will suppress natural T? Or both? I understand what SHBG does, I'm just not sure how low SHBG equates to blood work results.

So if SHBG is low, won't free T be higher,
No free T is proportional to exogenous dose of Test which is being eliminated over the 5 weeks. Ox will also mildly suppress HPTA.

and would that even out the total T?
Total T is dependent on free T and SHBG (fast equilibrium).

Or is it the Oxandrolone will suppress natural T? Or both?
Yes Ox would also mildly suppress any HPTA recovery once negstive feedback from T and E2 are removed.

I understand what SHBG does, I'm just not sure how low SHBG equates to blood work results.

Lowering SHBG would lower TT for a given FT. Free T is what is being eliminated.
