Hi All,
I’m a 24-year-old baseball player and bodybuilder. After batting .500 my freshman year on Varsity, and above .400 through HS, I decided to run track my Sr. year and tore my hammy shortly after running the 100m in 10.9 seconds. (I ran the 60yd dash in tennis shoes on grass, in 6.6 seconds, comparable to Kenny Lofton in his heyday, which encouraged this stupid move to run track-pure ego). Having detracted my baseball career and falling into depression after my original baseball coach, my grandfather, passed on just before my Sr. year, I decided not to pursue baseball in college as I lost my passion for it. I replaced this passion with my love for training, and gained plenty of strength and size from 145 to 165, despite living and struggling through undiagnosed hypothyroidism which also contributed heavily to my depressed state.
After I was diagnosed and put on synthroid 100 mg things changed drastically. I lost my depression, anxiety, and rekindled my love of competition. Without my level of raw talent for baseball, I wouldn’t still be pursuing the game. I plan on pushing my limits into my 30’s, for the love of the game if nothing else.
That being said, I need to make up for lost time with my progression to compete with professionals; in the minor leagues at least. If that doesn’t even work out, then I won’t be as far behind in bodybuilding. Because of this, I’ve decided to run a cycle. I’ve been training hard the last 5 years with the knowledge I’ve attained from a degree in Exercise Science supplemented more recently with heavy research into steroids. I've tried very supplement out there, especially test boosters and even epistane. I feel I’m ready for this carefully calculated risk of in the upcoming year.
My goals is to play baseball at the highest level still attainable in my circumstance. I hope that, at my height of 5’8’’, to go from 172 to 185 lbs. and go from 13% to 8% body fat; drop my 60yd dash to 6.4, and raise my vertical to 36’’ from 28’’. This is the ideal outcome, I’m aware of the dedication required for this endeavor. As far as ‘roid newbs go, I’m also aware of the power of steroids when combined with intelligent diet and training.
To gain 15 pounds, I will have calories up to 3,500/ day, focused around my afternoon lift, and implementing Intermittent fasting with fasted HIIT cardio every morning. My macronutrients hover close to 40 PRO/40 CHO/20 Fat, primarily slow carbs and omega-3’s. I will be doing legs on separate days, twice a week (Sunday/Thursday), Sunday with explosive Olympic lifts; daily aerobic, flexibility and core training, 4 days EW for my arms, shoulders, chest, and back.
I don’t plan on needing more strength and size then one well-planned out cycle will provide, so I’d like to push beyond a simple beginner cycle of test seeing as I, a) can only see myself doing a steroid cycle because I have limited time to make big gains before competing in a tested environment, b) I’m wary of letting anabolic steroids become a psychological crutch to lean on going forward, and c) nor do I expect to become an MLB hopeful as a result of doing subsequent cycles wherein the law of diminishing returns comes into play moving forward- especially for my body type (meso/ecto). Essentially, I want to expediate this process so I can be playing at my highest potential at 25 instead of 27, so that I have three years instead of one to reach the ‘critical point’ in getting scouting interest. With that said, I plan to run a hard ‘One-and-Done’ cycle which, despite what people say about how others never only do ‘just one’ cycle, I’m for real here. Besides that, it’s probably easier on my body than starting easier and waiting until my third cycle to see these results and wasting even more of my precious time. So this is my plan, and whether I should be taking a softer beginner steroid cycle or not, please spare me the ‘just do test’ cycle advice, unless you truly believe that will maximize my progress. I’m looking for advice pertaining to my specific situation and goals, not the conventional goals many on this board are probably wary of hearing from anxious newbs.
I'm thinking that, as a recomp of sorts, Test base is always best, Tren Ace for nutrient shuttling and stupid strength, Masteron to reduce SHBG and buffer the amounts of the Test/Tren required, which might off-set each's side-effects; hairline be damned. I'm running the DBol to jumpstart my strength gains and read Bill Roberts opinion that Tren is synergistic with DBol, which I'm all about. Anavar because I already have it and its good for aesthetic and strength purposes.

Cardarine 20 mgs with cardio Every day.
Cabergoline on hand
I will be doing 1 hour fasted cardio @ 7:30 AM, with ECY, Cardarine, 10 g BCAA’s, Agmatine Sulfate, followed by my first Whey Protein Isolate shake. Lifting 5-6 days/week from 4:30-6PM.
--Any suggestions for my plan? Would the short-estered injections be more suitable in the AM prior to cardio, or afternoon prior to lift in the evening? Does it make much difference?
--I was considering EQ but I dont want to be on for 16-20 weeks.
--I was also condering Deca/NPP but the only advantage here seems to be joint protection, and I'm running joint supplements galore anyway.
--I would consider Primo but with all I'm running I'm already broke after this.
Grateful for any veteran advice, I know this was a longer post!
