I was gonna match the deca to 1000 but decided against it as the test was highest I've ever planned. Maybe next go. See how this goes first. Don't forget I got fina in the mix later too. That shit TRANSFORMS me. Have to tune in to find out.:cool:

LMAO. I still cant bring myself to use it with all the sides, but I guess im the same way with SD. The sides got bad and I said never again, lost some weight and I was back on 3 weeks later.
Fina at 350mg a week is my favorite so far. Minimal sides and dynamic gains. I liked it way better than 1150. Shit plays with your head. Tren is a mystical beast. Give it a shot man

Training program? HIT/Mentzer style? What kind of volume?
It's a hybrid plan. Heavy duty is my default training style. I'm still trying to master the whole not training to failure thing. I have several performance goals I'd like to reach.
•Incline 315x10. I got a hard on for this one. Bigger bench, bigger chest
•I want to add more volume for my arms. Whether I split that up 2 days a week or not will be based on feel and how I'm recovering. I'm looking to add just pump days where the goal is to feed the muscle tissue and not necessarily devastate it. We'll see if it works out. Oh that reminds me. Tape measure time!

Good idea. One of my big regrets is not getting measurements before my cycle.

Squats 315x6 3 sets
Hack squats 180x8 2 sets

Paying for it now. Wicked back stiffness. Dropped workout immediately. I'll go in tomorrow and finish the rest. Take care of your back kids :(
Not a bad start, but why not foam roll your back prior to workouts? I do as I have some low back issues lingering from my bad accident years ago and sometimes it comes back to bite me as well :(

PS why not get a massage from the wifey to fix it :)

Docd helped me out alot and I'm continuing to implement his tactics. It seems to be overly tight muscles in the back and glutes. Docd is a wealth of knowledge and has been pointing me towards stretches. I still gotta get that teeter hang ups chair
