Throw some adrol in the mix trukker. And a little bit of TNE perhaps. Can't forget about the tren as well ;)

No orals man. Too short lived and harsh on the liver. I wanna do this a while :)

Im thinking this run Im on now might be my last with orals. The sides are starting to be not worth the gains. Plus theres a lot of injectables now. We'll see (i do have a HUGE stockpile still. Unless LE is reading this. In that case I have nothing...there's nothing to see here).

☆leg curls 60 reps (6sets)
☆donkey calf raises 100 reps (2sets)

-------------------------------MISCELLANEOUS SHIT------------------------------------------------------

☆palms up pulldowns 24 reps ( 3 sets )
☆straight arm pulldowns 20 sets ( 2 sets )


☆reverse forearm curls 70 reps (5 sets)
☆dumbbell laterals 50 reps ( 5 sets )

Looking to add reps each workout for total rep count increases. All the exercises mentioned I rarely RARELY ever work minus the back work. Gotta get better at the total package.

My focus is the odie challenge. Odie called me a puss. He wants me in the gym everyday. I admit I could plug off days with miscellaneous work. Which I plan to do.

My typical workout plan

TUESDAY chest/biceps
WEDNESDAY back/triceps

FRIDAY traps/ shoulders
SATURDAY legs/glutes/calves

That leaves Thursday & Sunday open for miscellaneous shit.

Going big and heavy on planned days. Go high reps on miscellaneous days. Is the plan. Im throwing it all in. 1600mg a week and I don't have any excuses. I hope the weights and food know...NOW YOUR MESSIN WITH A SON OF A BITCH!

For now and the next week I'll be easing in to the fight. Just like white skin in the direct sun too much exposure and you get burnt and regress. The right amount of exposure and your skin adapts and becomes tan. What we know as a tan is just adaptation. Muscles are the same way. And I'm typically too guilty of laying out way too long and burning up.

Like heat lightning before the storm. Here I come...and I will arrive VIOLENTLY

At your level, those miscellaneous things are going to make some big differences. The subtle physique improvement that make the rest of the package really pop out at you. Should do you good.

Plus, any reason to get into the iron zone, right? I get bummed on four day splits. Need at least five for the decompression myself. Start getting antsy if I'm not wrecking myself on the regular.
 
Your WO looks solid Trukk, im a big believer in rest to recover, but i also think listen to your body and it will tell you when to rest and when to go hard. Right now it sounds to me like your ready to GO HARD!!!

I like this as well. During regular training i find there are unpredictable days that i feel incredibly strong. Those are the days i push hard and really feel it the next day.
 
This is pretty close to the one year anniversary of your first cycle if I remember correctly? If so happy anniversary and good luck.

No force feeding yet. Eating quite light for now. Calcium deposits in left shoulder are back. Hopefully it comes and goes. Otherwise my cycle will be ruined. What else hmmm...oh watched my team lose today yee fuckin haw. It also looks like I got 2 days before the all mighty V gets shut down for a week :(

Looking fucking solid trucker! Only 8 weeks on any long ester seems to short to see the real potential gains but at the same time I respect you not going over board and abusing.

Maybe so. The real reason is with my work schedule. I put such effort in to training AND work that by week 8 I'm just. Blah. But we're in the "slow" season now so I'm hoping to go as long as I can. I got enough to run for quite a while

Right on brother!! I'm staying tuned in off cycle till feb so I enjoy watching others indulge and grow!

As far as shakes, right now dymatize snickerdoodle is in the tub and just water at the moment. Not lookin for the extra cals right now.

I haven't turned in to a savage yet. Who knows later on in the cycle? I may just brave that river then ;)
