Some of that was lost due to my low test inj experiment. It's pretty much muscle memory poppin it's head in. If I remember big lou had a 60" chest. I wanna get there :D
 
Do you have any idea how much protein is in one of those chickens? Im sure its alot lol. We have those rotisserie chickens here at walmart as well an your right bro, for $5 you cant fuckin beat em. They usually have like 3 diff flavors as well. I hate chicken seeing as how its just about the only thing I eat but those damn things are good. Throw em on some whole wheat bread with some melted chedday an mircle zip an wala, a tasty ass sandwich for your muscles lol.
1 chicken is 2 separate meals. It turns to be about 10-12 oz of meat each half without the bone. Hence 3 chickens gets me all week and tastes good cold as I rarely get access to a microwave. I usually have a salad with it or sprouts

I like the Italian flavor and the bbq ones and I tear pieces and put them on top of a simple salad with some light dressing. BOOM, instant lunch :)

My go to for that question is.... It's this new creatine that I've been taking for years now along with a hefty diet an a rigorous training method......Ya guys, it has 5 diff blends of creatine an builds mass muscle like you wouldn't believe....lmfao, I'm sure they walk off going, ya fuckin right.

Everybody that goes to my lil gym here in town are all natty. Not very many go to it in the first place since im surrounded around a bunch of non driven havin ass weak minded an fat bodied people who all say they wanna lift an get big but when it comes down to it they fuckin puss out an make up some lame bitch ass excuse smfdh. Everybody wants to get big but nobody wants to put the work in!!!!

Lol an when they see me swell up after some hard working sets, I can actually see them in the mirrors starring at me like I don't know they are. Makes me wanna turn around an yell I DONT KNOW SHIT!!!! Bahaha

Lmfao..... I really wish I did though. Would love to have a workout partner. Everytime I ask someone to workout with me they are all like, hell ya man...were going to get so big lifting. Then when time comes to actually go an put in work they have some kind of shit to do or somewhere they have to be smh. Whatever!!!!

+5 lb dumbbell laterals

Pretty basic stuff. I do and have always disliked laterals as they irritate my calcium deposits in the shoulders. Rears don't bother me it's the medial delt that's the issue. Too bad cuz there are not too many ways to hit the side shoulder. So they must be done.

Plate shrugs are still the best trap builder I use. Thanks demon. Been using em ever since.

Hoping for an early friday. Cuz I'm whipped. Need the time off to recuperate and do anything but work.
