I just wasn't feeling the incline curls today. I was weak but everything else was good tho. Alot of intensity. Busy at the gym but everybody let me have my space. And yes I straight bar curled in the fucking squat rack. Why? Because I'm a dick. And all the weekend warriors were clogging up the floor. Which is why I hate saturdays.

I think im gonna do the opposite. Since everyone likes to use the squat and power racks for curls, the time I DL im just gonna carry the barbell around the gym and do it in random places. Each set im gonna move. :D
 
Yes a lot better. i can go a lot heavier and stay in perfect form with cables to. Makes for a better pump
I've read in a lot of places that cables with a slow count are one of the only ways to get particularly stubborn delts to respond well.

She's a cute little 25-28 year old. She sure does rock that white medical robe/jacket. I can tell she been around nerdy guys her whole life and is probably married to one. I could see in her eyes that I really excited her
She's only had some standard issue "regular" stuff (and limited of that;))... Never had the full meal deal freak nasty shit that would make her blush!

I disowned subway. It's a terrible value. Look how skimpy chomoway is with their meat. You have to get double meat to make it make sense. That's an extra $4 which puts one sub over the $10 mark. I can get a jj gargantuan for $7.50 and it tastes better and has the protein already on the damn bun
Firehouse subs makes some killer sammys too.
 
Congrats on the PR's big man, very impressive and obviously very encouraging as well, considering things are really just starting to ramp up.
So hows that tren treating you? Do you ever feel lethargic and cranky AF on it? These are the two main reasons i will not run tren anymore. Sucks cause i love how my body responds on tren. I envy you guys that can tolerate it !!

Thanks man, as far as the tren? Cranky sure I'm cranky tren isn't to blame tho. I sweat constantly. It's the most androgenic compound available which leaves me with mortar sized holes of acne all over my shoulders and arms. The increased nervous system efficiency is highly desirable for aggressiveness in the gym and sexual prowess. All around win win. I usually get 7-8 weeks outta tren then it's gotta go mainly due to the heart fluttering :(
 
Thats good to know. I cant wait till this Deca really starts kicking in. Never ran it before an hopefully will see some joint comfort coming my way;)
Idk maybe. I never seen anything in that way. At least nothing obvious. One huge deca plus is how hungry it makes me. Good lord it's crazy. Deep stomach churning growls if I don't eat. It's more anabolic than test so I just chalk it up to that. Another thing about deca is I realized if I don't go ED it makes me soft. It's great when I'm constantly under the anabolic process of tearing and rebuilding. Last cycle I got quite puffy but I'm not getting it this time. Diet hasn't changed. Still no AI. I just go ED

Are you eating a complex carbs before your work out? I don't have to many carbs meals. But I always get a complex carb before. And simple carb meal after.

On weekends I have time for a big meal before. During the week it's poptarts and coffee and out the door. After some of these workouts I just leave my soul in the gym. Wiped. Completely.clean.
