Yes incline helps but the key to big chest lifts IMO is a strong back. When I started really building my back is when all my chest #s went up.
Right, but having shoulder issues does put a crimp in my lifting style.

Yup, my back does most the weight barring. Also keep it tight to prevent your shoulders from getting injured
 
I gotta say this acid reflux from the tren is kickin my keister today. Been poppin tums helps a little. So full or rather bloated I look at food kinda queer eyed

I know how you feel. Tren does the same shit to me. I get terrible acid reflux/heartburn every night when I'm on it.
 
Tums isn't gonna cut it bud. Go to walgreens and by the walgreens prilosec heart burn pills. By the walgreens brand. You get twice as much for almost half the price and the ingredients are exactly the same

Damn. Same thing happened to me last night. Had crazy heartburn amd acid reflux. Ended up losing it all in the middle of the night.

Hit your doc up for a script of acifex. One every morning makes it all good.
 
I gotta start doing something for my shoulders, i lifted through the pain for so many years, (which in hindsight was dumb AF) that now it hurts to bench 135 , so all i can do is fly's on a machine. So i think no more pressing till i can somewhat rehab my shoulders.

There's some pretty common techniques using an elastic band that don't take long and work great. You can use the elastic band for all kinds of shit, but excellent for shoulder mobility. Loop it around a pole and pretty much stretch all the directions.
 
Just had a rough couple months that kept me busy, but I'm easing back in to gym now. Here to see my motivation, trukker. I wanna grow up to be like him some day lol

Bennys back ; I just came off a iron lay-off too because of work. But it doesnt take long to get back insync . Was squatting 350 already again today . Felt real good .

I'm a week in after two months off. Bench was 335x1 at end of cycle just before layoff. Went 225x12 and 275x4 with a slingshot band on this week. Shoulders are typical problem, so going easy right now. Won't make my 405 by years end that was original goal months ago, but I'll be back to 335 soon enough. Then it's on
 
Hoping to rock a back workout tomorrow. Diet regimen is way off. Some bug I caught had my insides melted the last 48 hrs. Gotta get my grub in. Feel weak and no appetite.
