Trukkers Hormone Highway to Hell

I'm currently week 10
Still on 1g test 600mg deca

Deca is about to run dry. 3/4 vial left
I'll add the extra 500mg of test to finish this out a few more weeks. That'll put me at 2100mg total till the deca runs out

Deload? Anytime I think my strength is falling I just take more roids. Roids help everything Trukk. I dont know if youve used it, but maybe try tren?

Actually a short deload could help. Just keep your options open.
Lol don't get him started

Mr funny man:D How are you this morning?

I am bumping my test diet by 500mg starting this week. I've also been eating more calorie dense foods these last two weeks as I sensed my strength was going down hill. Things like peanut butter on a big ass bagel. I mean alot of PB. Stuff goes 190 cals for 2 tbsp. More milk. I've been bumping my animal/fish protein to 14 oz per meal. So I'm fortifying all my defenses. I do not believe it's a protein or diet issue. Sleep could be better but that cannot change so not worth discussing. I'm pushing more bw weekly so I just need a deload.

I'm not talking about time away or anything. What I am going to do is:
•bump test dose 2 cc weekly
•even MORE food yet
•take away heavy training
•reduce amounts of reps/sets
•take away failure training (for the moment)
I'll ride with this for a week and a half maybe. Then slowly work back up. With all the volume and strength training I been doing its no wonder I'm at a cycle low. I've lost alot of power and weight on my presses and iso work. Pretty obvious sign. I should be cruising past 340+ for reps on my incline by now. Curls have not only stalled but dropped. Sucks

Im just messing with you. Ill be taking some time off for health reasons myself.

But ive found lately that skipping a few days all together have helped me get recharged. Mostly because when I go in and try to go light on weight I get excited half way through the workout and start heavy again.

Low weight/reps/sets and no failure training??What's the point. Might as well just take a few days off and let your body really rest.

What your describing sounds like a treadmill workout
A week deload after every 3 or 4 months is what I do, and feel recharged when I return to the gym.

I can't justify days off. I'm on the most gear I've ever taken. I'm not tired. I'm eating like a champ. I feel great. Just the strength has ceased it's meteoric rise it had during my first 8 weeks. It's seems like classic over stimulus to me. Also I want to continue the adaptation process. The muscle can adapt and I will force it too. I actually don't need nor want time off. I see these traditional pump programs used all the time. That is basically what I'm aiming for. Work it on a different level. I can't muster the strength for these big 5 reps any longer. Hell I was doing curls with 45 lbs todayo_O

Well I just had the strangest convo I never thought I'd have...

I had to take a short business trip with my boss who's really cool. One way or the other we got on the topic of steroids and he told me what he uses and wanted to talk about what I use:confused:

What's more? He wants a hookup?!?
I can't believe I had this conversation. With my boss

Did you suspect before?

Crazy.

Goddam. Hope not

This has happened to me through out my life. My last job my boss told me what he was on and asked me what I was on to. It got kinda awkward because I honestly wasn't on anything and hadn't ran anything in years. Lol I'm sure your fine. I wouldn't bring it up with him again though.
