Trying a recomp but who knows how it will end

Steroid history:
Since 16 I started using and was on and off for about 6 years until I start blast&cruise at 22 years.
In the last years I took stupid amount of steroids and I plan to do so because gym is mostly my main reason for geting out of bed. I don't have much in life to keep on going.
I know aas is not healthy and yada yada yada. Is something that I do and accept whatever it will happen in future. So please don't open that discussion. I know all that.

Training

I have done powerlifting style training until I got too many injuries and couldn't lift any decent weights to keep that style of training. Now I do what doesn't hurt mainly machines. I still deadlift and squat but depending how my body feel in that day. I can do 8-10 reps range without hurting too bad but I can't push heavier. My knee it's start to hurt.
I can't bench serious. I try to do more dumbbells press or machines that allow me to train with minimal pain.

Split will be 1 day on 1 day off with 15 minutes cardio at first and then increase depending on where I be.

In autumn I tried to push myself and got injury. First my hamstring on a deadlift and then my pec in December. Since then I train how I mentioned above.

What I will take

For the beginning I will get on bpc and tb to try to make my injuries more minimal. I have taken tb in November for a hamstring tear and it helped me no doubt with that.
Now I will add bpc because it will help me with my knee and pec I hope. Knee and pec are the injuries that I got in winter(December and February)
To start this I wait until QSC have those products in EU warehouse and I think it will be soon. Few more weeks maybe

AAS
Without giving the doses because someone will say you take way too much and not wanting to give any ideas to anyone to do something similar I will say just grams of test and tren.
Insulin will be there also at 20 i.u pre workout(novo) and lantus 40 i.u in training days.
I plan to add GH but later.

Diet
2g protein/kg and around 5k cals in the beginning. I will adjust when I will do this for a few weeks to see how I respond.
I have 3 big meals and a shake(40g protein) with another shake(20g protein) that I drink during training.


I don't know if I will keep on track with this but I will give it a shot.
Until now everything was off(diet,training and my schedule).

I will put 2 photos that aren't the greatest. I don't have a habit to make photos. Those are the first photos that I took in 10 years I believe.
In those photos I didn't train for 3 weeks and my diet was more shit than usual.
I have to work on my upper pecs and everything tbh.
Anyway here it is.

High test,tren. Orals sdrol,drol,dbol

The only steroid that I don't like at all and I would not take it anymore probably ever is deca. It gives me almost all side effects that are possible.
With everything else I literally have no side effects. Even with mighty tren. No insomnia,no aggression nothing at all.
 
A update on bpc&tb. After 3 weeks my knee pain reduced to half of what it was before and chest I almost don't feel any discomfort.
For anyone who has joints and muscles issues I strongly suggest to give those peptide a try. Worst case scenario you lose some money
 
If someone is interested how it went or if someone finds this topis many years from now and is interested.

Bpc&tb worked for me. Knee pain about 90% gone and my chest feels fine when training now. I still don't push it as I don't want to get back from where I start. More volume and it's fine.

Regarding my recomp. I quit that.
Everything is off nowadays with me. I barely get a session here and there and training is shit as I can't focus. My mind goes in 1000 places.
Diet off as I can't eat how I should
Drugs down as if I can't have a decent training and diet I push the gear without getting anywhere.

From now I will not have any goal further.
If I can have a period when I can make things right and focus a bit on the gym I will up the drugs if not no I will drop them Results will come if you are consistent anyway.

And that's how it's ends all this
