Trying to achieve healthiest trt management

Almost 40, have secondary hypogonadism, on trt x a year and have no plans on coming off.
I’m on 26 mg SQ every 3 days which gives a TT around 400-500, no AI and no hcg.

I feel ok but I feel as though I can feel better. Still tired a lot and kinda cranky and easily frustrated ( not sure if hormonal, or own my own biz or have 4 kids under 5 years of age). But maybe I can feel better yet still try to be as healthy as I can. Not sure if I need to go up on my trt, or add something else to it like hcg which is supposed to make ones mood better, or even hgh. I just want to feel good again, like I did in my 20s when I wake up and just feel amazing...

Any insight? I excercise, eat organic, have a hot wife, etc. I should be the happiest guy in the world, but at the same time I know I’m not depressed, just feel cranky most days.

When I feel sad I smoke a bowl.

I would look into upping the test, 400 is not very good, 500 maybe but is try and get to the higher range of normal.

For me HCG is a whole different set of complications. I'm about to introduce Masteron.

Mast is suppose to help with more free test and better moods.

I will know soon enough. Starting my run with it beginning next week
 
The constant pinning itself is a pain on the but. Maybe your doctor can get you up to 75mgs twice a week(150) instead of trice a week. That should bump your TT around 1000+.

Your free test might be low. Google for foods that lower your shbg.

Maybe your doc can get you on some mast and anavar little blast : -)

Change your diet. If you on trt you don't need red meat. Avoid cheese, avoid milk(instead use almond-coconut-cashew,rice looks instead. Even soy milk is ok if you on trt). Avoid eggs, flour(bread-pizza etc...), stop all oils(you will survive with the natural occurring fats in food), stop hydrogenated oils in food(check ingredients)...

Add green leafy vegetables to your diet. Add tomatoes(sauce is ok), fruits, vegetables,legumes,sweet potatoes, rice(white rice is ok), add whole grain pastas, beans, potatoes, fish,chicken,turkey, nuts, ...

Add a multivitamin and get in shape

Read multiple accounts of trt pinned 10mg daily or 20mg eod getting levels into the 800-900 range without ai. Could be worth a try.
 
I dont know why someone would ever recommend using masteron which has absolutely no place in TRT. Do not use masteron !

I would recommend 35mgs of T every tuesday and friday and then get tested after 3 weeks on friday just before your next injection. I would also get tested the day after my injection. I would bet your levels would stay in mid to upper 500’s and maybe even low 600’s at that dose. You do not want T levels near 1000, that is too high.
