Trying to avoid painful shin pumps while running on steroids, will keto help?

Hello,

I want to do a cycle this summer, but i don't want to stop running. First cycle gave me painful shin pumps that would interfere with the running, would a keto diet reduce the shin pumps? And maybe also make the delts and traps less popping?

Thanks.

Taurine 5 grams 1-1.5 hours before. It will stop them. Bulk supplement on amazon worked for me

Keto will flatten you out very nicely and definitely take away shin splints, look at all of the best runners in the world who come from places where food is scarce. Your traps and popping muscles will be a thing of the past, which they should be, muscles are disgusting

I run 30 plus miles per week, have ran multiple compounds such as anavar, anadrol, winny, and tbol and never have I got shin pumps. Typically shin pumps and splints are from heel striking too much. What do you use specifically that causes it?

I agree with the heel striking. Most people don’t run correctly mechanically, as you know.

OP, go run several hundred feet barefoot. I bet you will run completely different than you do in shoes. Afterwards, put your shoes back on and try to adopt your newly acquired form.

I tend to actually walk on my toes due to slight hypertonia. Could be doing same though

·350mg of T a week. I had problems with shins before roiding, but with the roiding it was brutal.

Makes me curious after googling it. I have two hematoma like pockets on my left shin and that shin definitely gets worse pumps as far as pain is concerned.

Always worth getting checked out even if it's not it. My pain was terrible especially walking on inclines. Kind of front outsides of my shins and my feet would go numb after a while.
