Hey everyone! I haven’t been in the lifting game in a year or two now. I signed up for this site a few years ago but never got around to really being on it. I’ve lost most of not all my muscle mass I used to have. I have too many kids and my motivation is down lol need a kick start. Just wanted to say Whatsup to everyone! Hope all is well. Any recommendations of any kind would help. Going to dig my head in some research and get back to lifting! Happy lifting y’all!
