Trying to get stage ready by August 2024. Unsure of my next move.

I'm trying to get stage ready by August 2024 to compete in Classic in the C division. So that means a 212 cap for me.

I'm really unsure at this point if I need to cut down a bit or continue adding size. Realistically I need another 20lbs to compete.

Currently on 600mg test/600mg EQ. Also 5iu per day of Genopharm HGh but switching this to another sponsor since pretty sure Geno sucks. Just dropped Adex 2 weeks ago when my elbows started hurting. Waiting for everything to balance out to get bloods to see if EQ is keeping my E2 down and maybe adex was crushing it too low.

I'm just looking for advice since I'm doing this solo at the moment. I figure I have 30 weeks of off season, which gives me a 6 week cruise/maintenance before 16 weeks of prep (assuming I can get the mass needed in time).

Calories are 3.2k-3.5k depending on day. Protein 300-350. Carbs 250-400. Fats I aim to keep 60-80g

Any and all help is welcome and appreciated.

From the photos you are lean enough to be in a solid growth phase so I would focus on putting on some more size as well as polish your posing.

Im assuming your wheels are balanced with your upper?

Ya posing for sure. Never worked on posing just because u never wanted to compete until now, so that's something I'm studying up on now.

Wheels aren't bad. They dont grow at the rate my upper does, but need to come up more. Been hitting them twice a week with volume. I squat well, Deep, pretty heavy. I throw volume at them. Hoping feeding some calories will help spark a little more size in them, but they will catch up.

I guess I'll just lave my cals at 3.5k right now and feed them up from there as need be.

Sounds good. When your closer, say in 20 weeks (unless funds are not an issue) maybe consider a coach.

You weight 205 now ? And what bf% are you at or think youre at right now ?
Ya I fluctuate several pounds a day sometimes. So I probably average 203.

If I had to guess body fat I would say 12? Hard to judge bf by eye for me.

Idk my arms and shoulder are striated, my lower legs are peeled. Most of my transverse abdominal are showing and my upper abs. The most fat now is just in my quads to my lower abs, which is typically last to go me.

You look really good and lean here. I would swap out the arimidex with aromasin as its much easier on the lipids and more effective as a suicide inhibitor also less join pain for me at least.

Put on some more size. Try to slowly push calories and keep 30min slow cardio 3-4 times week if you have time.

I would also personally deploy some Anadrol during the mass-gaining phase like 50mg for 6 weeks or so. Check blood pressure while on it and make sure it's reasonable.

This is not advice just what I would do.

Yep I've already started pushing cals from 3.2 to 3.5 this week. I also do LISS. I try every workout but someone the times just not there, but I'm at least at 3x/wk 30 min LISS either post workout or fasted am if I'm not working.

Also not opposed to anadrol. It's about the only mass oral I mess worth anymore. I ran a 7 week run in November when I got back on @ 50mg and bloods were completely normal 1 week post bloods, so I respond pretty well to it. Only reason I've been off orals since is because I've been on 6 months now and my bloods have remained good. Even on eq my BP was 120/70 last I checked so I've tried to avoid any compounds that can cause dramatic shifts in blood work.

Yes for me blood pressure is big deal because it really takes a toll on the kidneys which is the only organ that does not recover. Your liver can fully regenerate itself but once the kidneys get fucked it's game over if you want to be a competitive bodybuilder. That's good that you are on top of your health.

Lastly if you have the extra money hire a coach. Its a real skill to be able to dial someone in for a show. We can give you some advice for off-season but pre-contest its good to invest in a coach. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of the journey. You just do what you are told and focus on adhering to the protocol. Much easier than figuring it all out on your own.

However, if you do decide to figure it out on your own. There is one really good resource that comes to mind.

Thanks for the link.

So are people still doing the AI thing year round? I thought people had shifted towards trying to get E2 down during the off-season wirh other compounds so they didn't have to be on AI as much anymore?

It really depends on the person and how much bodyfat they hold. That type of stuff. I don't see a problem with using ai year-round as long as its reasonably used. The bad side effects come from low estrogen long term. I would keep a bit of dbol and ai on hand. Experiment with doses and find the minimum effective dose, once you found that stick to it.If you crash your e-2 hard take a bit of dbol for like a week to bring it back up or even some prop. Any sort of quick aromatizing testosterone derivative.
