Had my TSH tested a while back at 1.77(range was .47-5.00). I've always had symptoms of hypothyroid(intolerance to cold, soft finger nails, cold hands/ears/nose, low body temp of 97). Does this number say anything about my symptoms? I just had more tests done on Friday which include Free T3, T4, and TSH again.

some docs think that any TSH over 2 is a sign of hypothyroidism. However, docs also treat patients and not numbers. You could still ask for a trial on armour thyroid.

Cool, I guess that's why we're testing free T3. 100 to 1 it comes back low(or whatever it is when you are hypo)

Yes, you may be one of those who do not convert T4 into T3 well. Free levels are appropriate. Keep us posted.
