This one gives me fuckin goosebumps. I feel the life flow through me. Feel like a warrior. follow it with first video I posted (someone already did this on youtube but the rest of the playlist isnt very good imo I mean I like a few of the songs but overplayed ones I dont find have that kick anymore so I posted seperate) and you will get so fuckin pumped you'll go fuckin ape shit.

Start it in locker room before you walk onto the floor by the time you get onto a bench the song will start (if you merge the files with mp3 cutter/joiner) and youll just be like uhn fuck uhn ra yea rr rr fwho ahh uhn fuckin pump that shit PUMP IT!
 
I use alot of dance/house/rap/r&bish shit for cardio/ab days Gets me going lightspeed.
Metal all the fucking way for heavy bench deadlift lats curls
