two shakes to try

1 C 1% milk
1 C fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 C instant oatmeal
2 scoops vanilla protein (I prefer ON's)
~1/2 C frozen blueberries

650 Cals/6.5g fat/ 72 g carbs/ 75g protein


1 C 1% milk
1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
4 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein

860 cals/ 35.5g fat/ 49g carbs/ 75g protein
(sometimes I also add oats to this shake, adjust cals/ carbs accordingly)

just toss in a blender and they taste great too
