Yeah my guess is a combination of the gear/your metabolism naturally being high and both are just burning through food which is making it difficult to gain weight. As far as the carbs/insulin, as far as weight and muscle growth goes carbs are gonna be the main macro to raise when your in cycle trying to grow, the protein really doesn’t need to be crazy, 250grams is honestly plenty and fats should be low to moderate since carbs are gonna be high. As far as your doctor I’ve been in the same boat and just explained my insulin dosage as a whole has gone up since my daily carb intake has increased and they understood and took notes and got that changed. From what you’ve mentioned as far as not needed an ai, gear making you ripped/shredding you up, and you probably have always really not pushed the limits with food considering 250g protein has you gagging, your genetics are good for the fact of staying lean/shredded and the only way around it is just to eat more, specially carbs like I mentioned. Again just continue to up the carbs as much as you can without getting fat which I doubt you will considering your genetics. Also while you drop to try and get up to 290, is it a ripped 290 or a soft/dirty 290?Yeah it’s definitely the lack of calories and the lipolysis from the gear. I try to eat as much as possible and 250g of protein has me gagging. The weird thing is that if I am just cruising on low-dose TRT, I can gain as much weight as I want. I got up to 290 once. It has to be the lipolytic effect of the Roids b/c every time I do a bulk cycle, which is all I do, my physique becomes shredded/ripped and I just gain a ton of strength. Definitely not complaining at all. i dont compete or anything and don’t do cutting cycles. Never have desired the ripped look, like swole better. It’s crazy how shredded I get from Drol especially. And I have never had any issues with estrogen sides and rarely ever use AI. I guess I could start eating a shit ton of carbs and just use a lot more insulin, but I don’t know how I would explain it to my Endocrinologist b/c my month supply would only last 1-2 weeks. Any suggestions? Just accept it for what it is and be grateful?
To answer your question, every anabolic I have used has always improved my hyperglycemia ie.. I only have to use about half my normal dose of insulin. I have no clue why, but always seems to help. I have used just about every anabolic but never tried peptides.
