Ulnar nerve entrapment/cubital tunnel syndrome, anyone had it?

I've dealt with the numb fingers on both hands for years. 5 years ago, I was advised to get neck surgery but put it off until this year. I had an anterior double laminectomy and a fusion with a titanium plate and four bolts. They went in through the front of my neck. Since having the surgery, only been about 3 weeks now, I'm feeling pretty good and almost all of my numbness and pain is gone in my hands. Not 100% in my right hand but way better than it was. I dealt with elbow problems occasionally that may have played a role, (my Dr mentioned the ulnar nerve possibly being trapped) but my neck was the main culprit, or so it seems. It also helped with nerve pain that I was having in both legs.

The exact same thing happened relatively recently to me. Started with a pain on my left elbow, and now it's the nerves on both of them. Thought that it could have been affected by my Vitamin D deficiency, but maybe it's more than that.
It did become worse once I started using the computer more.

It's been more than a month now and it isn't going any better. I hate it when I have the time to exercise and something like this prevents me.

Evidently the ulnar nerve being compressed is, evidently, a common problem (poor design, ha) and decompress and rechannel standard, easy procedure if they go in for anything.

Only issue is the nerve is more 'external.' It gets banged a little more
