undecided whether to start or not...

hello guys , i was sure to run my first testo-e cycle ( I have studied and read testimonials for years now) but since i joined a telegram community and I've seen other people talk to each other about aas and drugs ... I start to have some doubts as reality seems different from the classic posts in the forums
i have 25 y.o. , i lost 30 kg from 16 to 17y. , I have been training for 7 years and the last 4 seriously.
i saw really really few results also due to excess skin and stubborn fat on the hips, belly,chest and inner thigh.
got abdominoplasty and abdominal diastasis surgey 16 months ago and now i finally start to see good results , i can eat more and my body seems to respond a little better to training ... i am happy of my current results but i have a problem... I am 1.74 tall and weigh 77kg ,if i lose more weigh the accumulations of fat and skin remain, which ruin the result , if i eat more ( i tried clean 2800 kcals ) i gain lot of fat.
so i was thinking to do just 1 cycle of testo-e , with arimidex , pct , hcg ,supplements and everything needed , but my question is, is worth in your opinion make just 1 cycle? can my body not being able to recover? in few words i am just asking if there is a concrete possibility to make permanent damages , even if i do everything in the right way with blood test on hands .
if someone stopped after just 1 or 2 cycles and he is so kind to post his experience I would be very happy ( I read dozens of threads about, but lot of this are outdated )

you're a little hard to follow my man.... do i understand correctly that you are 25 years old? if you're gaining fat at 2800 calories a day then maybe adjust your intake. are you watching macros? in regards to doing a cycle, any time you run a cycle you run the risk of permanent damage. there are proper ways to cycle that minimize the risk but it is never 100% gone. now, the fact that you are talking about doing one cycle tells me you need to do more research. one cycle will not give you lasting results and in my opinion, is a waste of time and puts your body through senseless stress. if I were you I would focus on your diet. find your maintenance calories/macros. create a lifestyle and diet that you can maintain naturally then if you are still interested, look into aas. just my two cents.
 
I would not inject AAS for 2 reasons right off the bat.

1) you are 25 years old. Your natural test production is high. You won’t have to worry about low test for years to come. Natty gains will come a plenty for you when you get your training and nutrition dialed in.

2) you won’t keep your gains in the long run if you only plan on running 1-2 cycles. All you do is risk doing permanent damage to your natural test production.

25 years old bro. You could gain natty for 20 or more years to come.
 
I really don’t think it matters that you’re 25, like others have said. If you want to hop on a cycle, do it. Just do your research.

If you come to the internet and ask whether or not you should cycle, you’ll get “no” more often than not, for whatever arbitrary reasons they may have. “You’re not at your genetic limit yet, and have many natty gains left”
(Even though pretty much no one, including them, actually waits to hit their ‘limit’ before hopping on). Etc etc.

Case in point, if you want to cycle, then cycle. There is no “right time” for when you should start. Anybody that claims so is just talking out of their ass. Just do adequate research and use these forums for asking questions about how to go about doing it safely and intelligently.
 
Every one of us has made the decision to use AAS. You have to make that decision for your self. All I will say is that if you study and do your research chances are you will have a good experience, but some guys have fucked themselves up. Bottom line is it is too important of a decision for someone else to make for you.

The fact that you have to ask may be an indication you don't have the knowledge you should before starting.
 
I completely agree with @Big_paul on this one. Plus I don't think there is such a thing as just doing one or two cycles. I know of a few who cycled for years and made the decision to come off but in reality deciding to use aas is a lifestyle decision IMO. Do as much research as you can and make that choice for yourself. When you use aas you are committing to doing a science experiment on yourself so educate, make that decision and for gods sake if you do decide to use it do not be a C student during your science project.
 
i researched for a couple of years , i planned already my cycle , blood work , diet , training , supplement for cycle and post .
i am at 1600 kcal now , 150-150-50 average and drop below 76kg is a pain in the ass ( strangely I see myself much fuller with so few kcal )
I've never even tried to smoke, I've never tried any drugs, I have not been drinking for years
I have no vice, I think that if I commit myself I can stop after 1 cycle ... also because I know that the more you go further the more it will be difficult to keep the earnings / become addicted
and main thing, I do not have so much money to burn, already to do 1 cycle with all the necessary I have to make many sacrifices

I made many sacrifices, unfortunately my condition of departure and my body are not the best
I do not want to attend any competition, but I want a body that show all the sacrifice i did, i do, and i will do
all my friends drink and eat what they want , instead I eat clean 95% of the kcals in a year , train 4 times + 1 cardio session , i do a manual work.
only now i start to see some results , but i'd like to push my body to limits with a chemical help and train also just to keep what i achieve ( even because reach peak as natural is very dangerous , u need to train hard and risk injures anyway )
on the internet 50% of people say that you can keep gains (and I believe so, also because if you build muscles why you will not be able to maintain them with nutrition and train), 50% say you will slowly lose everything
problem , like i said before , is that maybe there is a risk ( and there is , even with only 1 test-e cycle ? eheh ) that your body don't restore natural testo production , and in that case u lose everything for sure

atm some of my hormone value are :
TEST TOAL 4.84 on a range from 2-10
LH 3,60 on a range from 1,5-10
FSH 3,00 on a range from 1-12
PROLACTINE 8,00 on a range from 2,5-17
 
If you are happy and you seem to have done some research I only posted because we seem to be getting more and more people who do not seem to know what they are getting into I'm no expert by far just want to see you and everyone else be safe and smart about putting hormones into your body. Hope it all goes smoothly for you.
 
agree , is full of people in my county that don't speak english and do random cycle , just listening to a personal trainer with a minimum of knowledge.
i saw people running 3 compound on first cycle and got no problem, while i see people with 20 years of workount and really few results ( cause u can do what u want , even at 20yo if you have bad genetycs/hormone levels is not so easy make a good body).

o well , my plan was to start on june , but i think i am going to start next year, on january... this summer i want try to cut more body fat , maybe i try clen or eca or this one Screenshot_26.jpg
 
I've never tried any of those to cut .I've always been able to pretty much cut at will. I wrestled and fought for many year and learned how to cut my body weight down easily after doing it for so long.
