I'm in the process of setting this up with a tec university doing a study
You'll be able to send your sample to a p.o box with nothing more than an email address with it , you will then receive an email with a full quassy report and method of testing . It will give you the full brake down of what your getting .
This is expected to be up and running by November and last for 3 months .
All you will have to do is send the vial with 1ml in the bottom to the po box provided with an email address for the result .
This I believe will be the making or braking of a few labs

There is no way it can be traced back to you and you only have to send a ml left in the bottom of the vial , I don't see anybody wanting to scam a ml off people in a used vial now do you ?

He should pay you for shipping and for sample you sent. You should not send him anything for free. This has to be win win. It won't be if you guys send him free gear.

Getting quassy test done on a spectrograph is not easy to obtain and not free. This is nothing more than an opportunity for our members to have there shit tested free that's right free .How or where can there be a scam involved if people only send what they want testing and only a ml of it ? Very nice! What is the legality of setting up a longer-lasting service? It seems like it would be a good service to be offered by the needle exchanges/harm reduction clinics. The government seems to be making a push to expand services aimed at AAS users anyway.

It's just something different. Guys are gonna have to fill out a customs declaration. There are 2 different sized forms. The form for pkg's under 4lbs are the big ones. The smaller forms are for the pkg's over 4lb's
You guys have to be able to look the USPS clerk in the eye and lie when she asks you if there is anything fragile, LIQUID or hazardous,,,,perfume or lithium batteries, in the pack you are shipping.
The addy's look very different when addressing a pkg or letter, There are a few extra lines going down when addressing.
I used to ship sll over. UK customs aren't bad....relative to AU, Canada or the good ole USA.
The best thing is to do a few dry runs. It'll be a blast!
