55” chinky flat screen arrived small crack due to cold pack smashing around the zenith box. Corresponded ok with emails. Slight smell of gso on my remote that is a universal remote didn’t come with the same brand as tv.

had to rewire the cord as it is a EU plug not a reg 110v plugged in and started a fire it was a half loss of house. I sent email and through their discretion they are only 10% liable and have refunded me 8 bucks.

luckily insurance payed for my damages and I repaired my house pocketed some insurance money and sent him another order for one of the tv’s again…. He hasn’t responded to me because I’m sure they blacklisted me.
