UPCOMING CYCLE, Critiques?

Ok boys, first time I'm really ever doing a good cutting cycle while trying to maintain / gain mass as well. My stats are; 6'2" currently at 225lbs, approximately 10-12% BF, lifting steadily for 10 years. Here's what I'm about to kick in, let me know if you think I'm missing something or should substitute the EQ for something else. All products used will be Zencall other than the T3 and Clen. Here it is:

10 weeks

Weekly
500mg Tren Enanthate
750mg Sustanon 250
400mg EQ

Daily-
Arimidex .5mg
T3- 75mcg
Clen 100mcg

I've never gotten any better results tapering up or down, however the weekly shots will be broken into two a week. Monday / Thursday

Proper PCT including HCG etc will be used post cycle. Any other suggestions?

My only feedback is run the EQ longer say 13 weeks and at 600mg instead of 400, and perhaps toss in winny for the last 6 weeks to shred.But be advised I have no experience with T3 or Clen, so maybe the Winny is unnecessary with those?? Don't forget post clomid. Hope this helps bro.

For maximum effectiveness, shoot 250ml Sust EOD. Otherwise looks great...simple(not alot of gear), and effective.
 
make sure to not overdo it on the T3. You'd hate to eat away some of your hard-earned gains. Keep protein intake clean & in high amounts (around 500g/day). Also, a lot of guys like Sustanon 3-4 times/wk. I've only got experience w/single esters, and some say there's not much of a noticeable difference w/increased injections. Also, you may need some Dostinex for progesterone gyno from Tren. I agree w/running the cycle a little longer, ie 14-16 weeks, to see better results from the EQ (drop week 12 or 14 depending on length). If you're eating clean, I don't think the Winstrol is necessary....Tren will give you awesome results w/o the joint problems. The A-dex dosage may be just a tad high. I like to go .25/day and 10 mg of Nolva. That's just a personal preference, though. No matter what, you should see great results from these compounds, assuming diet, training, rest are in place. I'll post pics after and before. Thanks for the advice bro's, winny hasn't ever done me much, the last cycle I used EA's tren I ripped up quick and still put on size. I'm thinking this cycle is pretty simple but I think it will definitely be effective for what I'm looking for. This is the smallest I've been in awhile so I'm excited about hitting it with intensity and getting back up to my peak.

He's just agreeing with you, and unless your sheepskin is on display here your advice isn't any better then the next guy, I personally would never take anything for truth unless I've heard it over and over again, and I concur with both your thoughts for what it's worth. :)

I didn't see the word "agree" or any word that represents agreement in there, guess I need to get my ass back to college. I obviously misread it as someone that posted a reply to a question and didnt take the time to read the entire thread, maybe learning something along the way...

75mcg of T3 for 10 weeks? uh why? i know you dont wanna put on much fat. i would recommend eating clean. thats a long time at that dose if you asked me. but whatever works for you.

eq takes awhile to kick in bro. you might want to up your dose to 600mg ew if you are set on doing a 10 weeker or extend the cycle a couple of weeks. good luck
 
You don't need t-3 or clen if your cardio and food intake are adjusted for a cutting cycle. I can get to 5% in 12 weeks using just test and tren and I don't loose fat all that well.
