So I crashed my estrogen really badly then i let it skyrocket super high being afraid to take arimidex. MY libido and dick stopped working, massive loss of sensitivity as well. I got the estrogen under control but decided to pct. I ran 10000iu's hcg the 4 weeks after my last shot and started clomid 50mg every day. its day 6 on clomid and im kind of a basket case but my energy is amazing and my webbles are full and plump. The only issue im having is that my libido has not improved in months since the crash than unchecked rebound of estrogen that killed my sexual function. and i have reduced penile sensitivity. The sensation has improved a tiny bit. By tiny I meant maybe 5% and the erectile xdysfunction improved maybe 20% Libido is still non existant. Any suggestions?

I wouldn’t even touch AI at 350mg. I don’t even use it at 500… but that’s just me and I don’t get any estrogen sides even when it’s elevated.
I aromatize like a motherfucker, IT ruined me. I would till need .25 mg a week of adex on 75mg test E

Everyone aromatizes. But doesn’t automatically mean there’s side effects. Did the sexual side effects happen before or after you tanked your e2? And at 75mg.. that’s like saying you need AI being natural which I’m assuming you didn’t.

we live in a clown world on AAS forums. half these guys probably have scatter plots on their their estrogen is each day but can't tell you how much they military press or dumbbell curl. they spend more time studying their Estrogen levels making sure they aren't too high then training. LOL

E2 can take some time to dial in man
It takes committing to a specific test dose and AI protocol and repeatedly getting ultrasensitive e2 bloods.
Don't compulsively raise and lower e2 over and over, you'll get 10x the side effects from the amount of fluctuations you are causing.
Slow and steady approach is required here!
