hey guys been off the forum for little bit. Been real busy with work and new workout I been doing. So last time I was on I ran across a post about " fst 7." I read all I could about it and decided to give it a try. I don't know exact date I started but I would say little over a month or little longer. Well my results have been crazy.i have lost coming up on 15lbs, and I know I have gained lots of lean muscle. It's still unbelievable to me that just not having a lot of rest time between sets and reps ( 45 seconds for me) can give such great results. Anyways I'm gonna stay on this routine for while longer just switching what lifts I use but keep the short rest period and the 7 sets of 12 on last lift. Anyways thanks too all you guys who has been making the great post on here. They sure have help me. If you guys got any other workouts that Yall use for cutting weight please post on here. I really want to keep the cutting and I'm sure there will be a point I need to switch it up soon to keep my body guessing. Thks again have good weekend guys
