Upright Rows...

This is one of my all time favorite exercises on a cable machine, but not with the bar. I love low/upright rows, and lat pulldowns. I’m a huge accessory nut.

I do a lot of these, between 120-190lbs, and hold the row in for up to 20 seconds. I figure if I start shaking, it’s time to row again and start over.

I do shoulder presses on a shoulder press machine and hold it as long as I can. Feels good.
