You could have your blood checked more extensive, to identify deficiencies. There's a lot more that can be checked besides the "großes Blutbild". I recently had to do this for some other reason and they found I have a couple of deficiencies which I would have never expected, one being citrulline, an amino acid that indirectly helps with erections. Definitely worth having those checked. Is citrulline by any chance in your stack already? And is there any update regarding your topic?

Personally I'd lower testosterone to whatever dose keeps me at very high or just above the reference range and stop using everything (including ai) for a few months and reassess. The reason I'd drop everything including reta is just let the body attempt to recalibrate and remove as many variables as possible, whether they seem related or not

This isn't something I'd mess around with tbh and removing one or two things at a time may delay the problem from resolving when you could just strip everything back to bare bones and see if it resolves after 3-4 months. If things resolve then slowly introduce things back in until you find the culprit
