US Domestic T3

This was 100 t4 25 t3 and I also take hgh I believe it can change t4 values. I increased t4 to 200 and going to retest
Interesting profile. You have a reference baseline without the GH?

Your TSH is reasonable, fT3 getting up there and fT4 in range. If it was me I'd cut the exogenous T3 in half and increase the T4 by 25% then retest. Doubling your T4 is a big jump.

First one I was natural, second two are after 250mg a week test c. No hgh for either one

Tip:

If your fT3 is at / above top of range and fT4 goes below range you are in a bad spot from cardiac electrical standpoint. Retreat.
This I am assuming is for sustained periods as seen in thyroid hormone treatment, not snapshots in time such as a 16 week contest prep, etc?

Yeah you are going overboard on the T3 medication and your TSH is below baseline (strongly driven by the GH use most likely). I would keep T4 dose the same or up by 25% and cut T3 dose in half. Tread carefully.

To your health.

P.S.: Make sure you get TSH, fT3, fT4 for subsequent blood work. The other tests aren't useful. Total T4 and Total T3 affected by TBG which can be reduced by oral AAS. The other assays are archaic. Best wishes.

I appreciate the info I’ll make adjustments for the final couple weeks of my diet phase and then going to drop both

Good point. Thank you for clarifying. Assumption here is steady state, sustainable thyroid approach.

My error in the past was trying to be too on all year round which ended up costing me (??). Not 5% bf year round but 8% year round still taxing and abusing the thyroid meds long term did have consequences most likely.

If you run the T3, especially with GH, make sure you are using a physiologic ratio of T4 to T3 (~10 to 1). Many miss the levothyroxine part of this and their serum fT4 tanks.

Dan Duchaine's BodyOpus advice was pretty reckless especially for people with preexisting thyroid issues.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a trusted t3 vendor or website? Preferably domestic with a fast TA but I'm open to international too.
You really love that t3 sector lol. I remember your posts on the gh15 board . It was stickied topic your t3 thread.

As for sources not sure. I used to use juicepals domestic t3 but ran out over the winter my last t3 from him. It was legit and pharma grade. Shame he is not around anymore

. But now i don't know any other domestic sources with trustworrthy pharma t3.

Been considering adding it in soon myself this summer to complete my cut. I might go with domestic supply (source on a diff board)
