"clean athletes and those that value the integrity of sport can rest assured that the usada will leave no stone unturned to obtain the evidence to reveal the truth, whatever that truth may be in our investigation of the doping allegations in the sport of cycling."

i guess you cant put a $$$ sign on the value of integrity in sport. especially when its tax payer money. leave no dollar wasted and no coin unturned to reveal the truth... whatever that truth may be.
i got an idea. before and after the event, you test for banned substances. if you fail, youre a dopey doper. if you pass, end of story. in the usa its part of your fifth amendment right not to be tried more than once. or forever. "(n)or shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life and limb..." funded by the government but above? no.
this reminds of another search for the truth by so called birthers. so, i think its only appropriate to label these people the real dopers. in search of the real truth... whatever that truth may be. the straight dope if you will. thats makes travis tygart a doper as far as im concerned, and me an anti doper. thats how ridiculous this is getting. it all sounds fun though and i may use that. just say no to the dopers. especially the dopey dopers. and YES to performance enhancing drugs and techniques. that makes dopers look even dopier since the vast majority of people are using performance enhancing drugs in someway. some are called medicine. athletes push the limits of excellent human performance to higher levels with many tools. some are god given. some are not. with or without they are still the best at what they do. performance enhancing drug use isnt a crime.
