Right now I just add 1mg EV (0.05ml, 20mg/ml concentration) to a sterile vial along with the rest of the stuff I pin for the week. Total is 1.05ml which over 7 days is 0.15ml every day.
Man I almost made a critical mistake. Probably would of ended up with a big set of tits. Just got labs back and sensitive e2 was 11.5 on 800 test 400 EQ 300 Deca. No symptoms besides very low sex drive.
I planned to start at 1mg/wk split into 3 shots of the e2 cyp I've been sitting on and without thinking too much drew up 33 units. Luckily something told me to double check and I realized I needed 3 units. I wasn't even being lackadaisical or trying to rush I think my brain just went to 33 units of oil is a small shot and couldn't comprehend 3 units.
Anyways story times over, I caught my mistake busted out the 0.3ml insulin syringes took 3 units and crisis averted.
