usps really xray

i have heard all kinds of conflicting info. some say that only large cities do while others say they xray EVERY package. some dude on another site said he was a usps worker and they didn't. What about international packages?

They dont have time to do that.....

that cant xray every package...plus under the 4th amendment, they are a government entity....and cant search a package without cause...

That is rarely even a concern unless it is coming through customs. And even then they dont. Without getting into it, there are certain things that draw their attention and certain places.

now coming international, the 4th amend doesnt apply...they can search without cause, but rarely do....atleast customs can
