Usual diagnosis for both forms of hypogonadism

Lets say I have both forms of hypogonadism primary and secondary I know its rare though for me very much a fair possibly


Would testosterone injections be alright for this or would I need to combine clomid or hcg as well

I've been on both injections, cream, clomid, and hcg though none really at the same time and to be completely honest I've haven't felt especially great on any of them so far

I just started injections and went off clomid

any thoughts or suggestions or opinions or medical advice would be helpful, I kind of think being on both clomid and injections and cream and clomid would be counter productive

and I'd be lying to you guys if I had a lot of faith in doctors and endos in general

First, you've tries everything above, it all sucked and you saw no results. Got it. You're told you need blood work, which is a fact like it or not, and each of us replied with the exact same dignity you shared with us stating basically we don't have time, either.

From your childish language I can clearly see intelligence is not the cause of any of your issues. When your teachers told you there is no such thing as a stupid question, you have proven them wrong.

If you require TRT and your endo finds it is primary, then you can try the Clomid route, no T added and check your labs. If the T is in the normal range it is Primary, you know it and you can then try a restart, or Clomid therapy alone, no T until you have tried producing enough of your own. However if your labs show it is secondary then you just treat with T and do not have to worry about increasing your LH or treating the primary. If you are young and want to try and maintain fertility then you can use a variety of different options to try and maintain it. However, given your personality as indicated by your juvenile and rude behavior, I would say the world is full of enough assholes, we do not need you to add to the count.
