I've always used syringe filters and wonder when I brew would I be able just to vacume filter it take it out with the syringe and just take the rubber from the vial off and squirt it in there close it up and clamp it. this all have already been sterilized would this contaminate ? I use 20/2 when brewing it's taking way to long to filter with this syringe method and would be easier to just do my few bottles of my stuff and stash it

Are your vials sterile, also if so and you open them up you need to make sure no dust particles from the air go in there.

Also I agree that the syringe filter thing does suck, and I’ll be using a vacuum and bt filter next time as well as a sepratory funnel to fill vials.

yes they are is it a big risk ?
let me make sure I’m understanding, you want to uncap them to put oil in a couple vials, recap them? And save the rest of the oil? I think your risk here is mostly dust particles but if I were storing whatever else in a media bottle, I would be refiltering it later.

nah get a 50ml syringe and put em in vials and I'm done I'm not selling just for my use won't need much more then that

Yes, this would contaminate it if done in normal atmosphere. You'll need a sterile room with positive pressure (over atmospheric) if you you want to extract it from open bottle to open vials.
Another possibility is to buy stoppers for the the filterbottle (pretty big ones), extract it with a syringe and needles and then transfer it to presterilized vials, with normal hygenic prosedures before puncturing the stoppers of course. Still a lot faster than syringefilters and less to no danger of contamination.

can you send me a photo of this , I thought people always over think things thats what the BA is for

If doing in mass or for others to use, the risk of dust getting into a vial is there. Nothing worse than getting a finished vial and seeing a floating dust particle in there. Makes u question the whole brand/product.
BA, filtration and the fact bacteria does not grow well in oil, means there is alot of wiggle room if just brewing for yourself.

Check out my thread I had the same question of transfering sterile end product from a bucnher flask to pre sterilized vials. My hyptothesis is to make a sealed DIY glove box put everything inside flask with buchner top still on, sterilized syringe and pre sterilized vials spray everything with 99% isoprophyl alcohol wait till it all dries up then proceed to transfer I would think this would be the most sterile procedure coming from a mycology hobby background. One spore will kill a whole batch of mushrooms same size as dust particles.
