Sorry if I am butting in (excuse the pun to come), but why only pin your glutes? You mentioned the prop eod...so each cheek is getting stuck twice or more per week? I feel stupid asking, but isn't pinning the same muscle 3 times in 7 days kind of...not good

It never bothered me and I only have 1.5 inch needles. Plus I'm a little skeptical about pining my shoulders or legs. I'm a carpenter so my tool bags always rub the oil in quick.

Just my opinion but I would pin more locations. I rotate 4 spots, quads and deltoids on left and right side.
