So, clearly, at a dosage of 30 mg before training, it was a real kick in the pants, and I couldn't keep up with his training or his weight on the machines.
He takes 500 mg of glutathione on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which makes a total of 1500 mg per week.
Breaking that down to 200 mg per day makes 1400 mg per week, which is roughly the same.
This allowed him to "limit the effects" of superdrol with all his other supplements like TUDCA and NAC.
He had a blood test before and 3 weeks after.
But his blood test results showed a slight increase.
Nothing catastrophic, but a real and very rapid increase.
It's definitely a product to take only for very short periods.
Everyone is different, but it was still toxic for him.
