So I tested it and it's very good.
I take 1 ml ( 600 mg), before each workout or cardio session on an empty stomach.
No side effects for me.
No pip.
Some people say you need to create an insulin spike for the carnitine to work optimally and for the fatty acids to be transported into the mitochondria.
I tried both methods.
Taking it on an empty stomach before cardio and before training with a shake containing cluster dextrin and whey isolate, eaa.
It's true that I feel it better when I've created this insulin spike.
But everyone is different.
My brother-in-law uses it with 2 IU of rapid-acting insulin, with a shake like me, and it's a game changer ( According to his words)
But me I don't touch insulin, too dangerous for me when you dont know.

I also really enjoy cardio.
I have a treadmill that inclines up to 25%, so I really like doing brisk walking on an incline.
