Very rough sketch of my anabolic diet

In one of my other posts I mentioned I will be starting a test only cycle in the future. I'm thinking of doing that in 3 months or so I really want a dialed in diet I mean what would be the point of doing any cycle if my diet isn't worth a damn I want to get the most out of it. Keep in mind this is a very rough sketch of what my diet will be based on I'm just curious how it is coming along....again this is just somewhat of a thesis on my diet plan sorry for the lack of information on it just getting ideas here:

Breakfast: 8 eggs...1 cup oatmeal...maybe 1 scoop whey protein.
next meal: Myoplex deluxe...53 protein good stuff.
next meal: 12 oz ground meat( I cook on a george foreman grill), or steak with lots of greens...I love esparagus with a passion.
Next meal: Myoplex Delux shake
Next meal: 2 grilled chicken breasts with greens and brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
PWO: 50 to 60 grams optimum nutrition whey with 1 scoop ON glycoload...or substitute this with 80 grams now foods dextrose 80 grams since it's cheaper than dirt.
hour later: steak with more greens

before bed: 3 scoops whey protein,1.5tbsp. flax seed oil.

I'm sure I can also add a couple cans of tuna somewhere in this diet.

Like I said this a very rough sketch of my diet while on anabolics sometime today I'll do more figuring out how much everything equals up to I used to know but lost where I wrote it and just don't feel like doing that right now every meal is within 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart. I'm thinking 1.5 grams protein per bodyweight so if I can work with the food plan I've got to equal that that would be great. My diet right now is somewhat similar I'm just not getting in as much protein right now and also have not been taking myoplex deluxe maybe 250 grams of protein but I want more once I've started my test. I'm 240 want as much muscle mass as possible from cycle(who doesn't?lol).

If no-one wants to reply to this message right now that's cool later today I'll figure out what I am getting as far as calories, protein, and carbs and post it later this post is mainly just for ideas for a really decent anabolic diet and I appreciate any advice anyone can give me but I think this plan is coming along pretty decently

Okay obviously I am not ready for a cycle any time soon at least for now if I can't figure out where my diet should be when being on anabolics but check this out and please let me know how it looks.

I'm 240 not too high on bodyfat just a spare tire but in all honesty I'm going for mass and I want to make sure I'm getting in the right amounts of calories, protein, carbs for doing that so this is what I've come up with:

8 meals a day at 75grams carbs/50 grams protein. Fat intake I'd prefer as low as possible maybe 20% of caloric intake? This would yeild 600 grams carbs and 360 grams protein for a total of around 3840 calories. I'm currently getting about half of this and I'm not sure if this would be too extreme but hey like I said on a test cycle I want to get the most out of it so it may not be.

Please let me know if I'm out of my mind if this sound decent I'll start trying this diet out and see how it treats me I'd be eating pretty much the way I posted above everything clean and good meats and wheat pastas etc. Thanks again.

One thing about the gym I go to is 90% of the guys using roids where I go are not eating nearly enough and don't know much about dieting at all and therefore they look like nothing....you would never guess they were juicing I don't want to be one of those guys. Like I said I want to get the most out of my cycle especially being that it will be my first.

It looks ok but I would make a few alterations.

For the life of me I dont understand how come so many guys use meal replacements when whole food is much better.

Another, I would myself reduce some of the carbs and up the fats and preferably the good fats.
Fish oils are an awesome choice and they are dirt cheap, extra virgin olive oil is awesome too.
Fish oils have a better Omega 3 profile over flax.
One good thing about fats is they will slow down absorption of the meal and keep blood sugars more stable, this is a good thing.

Other than that I like the idea of the green beans, asparatus alot, most people dont eat these types of food.

Now if you are overfeeding or bulking then I would totally suggest some digestive enzymes with each meal.
This will help you digest your food better so you get more out of it and also reduce bloating to a minimum if at all.
I take everything I recomend so I am not just posting, good stuff and you might just notice a diffrence.

Thanks. I posted this on another forum and they said the same thing...too many meal replacements. So I'll throw in some more real meals instead of having too many meal replacements I mean hey I do love chicken:) Thanks again I've got alot of time on my hands to figure this diet out and I'll take what you said into consideration. I was mainly curious as to the amounts of protein and carbs being too high but it looks like I can lower my carbs and add some good fats so from just one reply I've already got some good advice.
