Vials in the airplane luggage?

Hi, can I take vials and syringes+needles to the airplane luggage? I am wondering if there will be a problem in the airport when they will scan the baggage. Also Im curious about the affect of airplane pressure on the vials...

It depends where you're going, what you're taking, how strict they are and also if you're going to be taking it back with you as well. I always take pre-filled syringes in my suitcase. I wouldn't risk taking gear in my carry-on.

Recently I've been travelling with 3 insulin pens (GH, Mounjaro, Test) and a big bag of pen needles in my hand luggage without any issues. Half the dudes scanning the luggage look like they're on the gear and what the fuck do they care? They're looking for explosives and weapons.

I suppose you might possibly run into issues with big needles in hand luggage, but if the luggage is in the hold, I don't think they will care. They're looking for stuff that will bring an aircraft down.
