We got any gamers here on meso? I am a video game junkie! Anybody out there play Star Wars Galaxies? It is the only online pc game I play. Will play some SOCOM and Unreal online. Some favs are X Box- Hitman (just got Hitman Contracts), the Splinter Cell games and the Jedi Knight games.

I have all the top three systems as well as still running my NES and Atari 2600.

Lemme know I am not the only game geek.

all I play is online PC games like Battlefiled 1942 with the desert combat
mod, that game rocks! Also Unrealtournament 2004, still playing the
free demo which is plenty for me. There's nothing like online gaming.
I barely play the solo stuff anymore.

I will have to check out half.com or ebay and see about picking up an original Nintendo. The 8-bit NES has some kick ass games...Zelda, Metroid, Ice Hockey.

If you like NES games you gotta get super dodge ball. Its hella fun. The mega man series is good too. I love nintendo. Right now I play gamecube and game boy advance. I'm hooked on final fantasy tactics advance. Gotta game going on 120 hours! My favorite systems are gamecube, game boy advance and dreamcast (the most underrated system ever!).

tried bf 1942, comp was to slow for it, i like medal of honor for a month or two, online, really fun to snipe people

Fellow Geek here, I've been gaming since the original Pong. [Jeez!]

I am a Halo FANATIC, once the sequel comes out my social life will be non-existant for a couple'a months.

I also was hooked on Knights of the Old Republic. I beat it twice just to see the "light" and "dark" endings.

I dont play a lot of games, or at least not the newer ones that are very processing intensive. I surf the net and use Word and Excel, so my setup is fine for that at the moment.

I never used to play games but I built a beast of a machine 6 months ago with an ADM 3200, Radeon 9800 pro and 1.5 gigs of pc 3200 ram. I have become addicted to Call Of Duty and Halo as well as Command and Conquer..Generals.

I have 2 Diamond max 200 gig hd's partitioned into 4 100 gig drives and one 120 gig external USB 2.0 drive. I used the Abit NF7-S Motherboard and yes I built it from the ground up from http://www.newegg.com/ Hands down the best site period with an unbielievable T/A and RMA policy.

Yeah, they were the first console ever to go with CD media as an upgrade.
I had Bonk, hockey, a kickboxing game, and the Robot game it came with....I can't remember its damn name. It was hella fun to play.

Their problem was having no third party developer support. That's what killed them.
